"First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. "Very friendly, welcoming staff. Lobby was spacious with lots of seating for guests while waiting for cocktails from the bar or while waiting to be seated to eat a meal in the on-site restaurant. The amenities were ample and easily accessible to the guests. The property was close to the airport, but in a noisy, dirty, unsafe industrial area. It was not conducive for walking into town or anywhere else. Perhaps a free or very affordable hotel shuttle service for hotel guests to and from the airport would help? 😎"
