「The Pallazo location is in the center of Cagliari port and shopping area . The room was immaculate , roomy and well Ventilated . The rooftop bar staff was disappointing as they were not approachable to the customers . I had to go to the bar to get a drink and it still took time to get the drink and it was pretty well empty . This hotel is not the place to dine in .」

「It was a delight to have an adults only hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful with all facilities being comfortable and spotlessly clean. While I had to share the pool with a couple of ducks looking on, it was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was that the Rooftop Restaurant with its magnificent views did not serve a full evening meal, however there were various restaurants/bistros etc within easy walking distance.」
