「We will never Jude Expedia again. We were booked 2 times for the same Hotel and I was told it is not the hotels problem. We would have to get a refund from Expedia. That is impossible to get a person on the phone.」

「Sehr kleines Zimmer mit kaum Ablagemöglichkeit für das Gepäck. Muffiger Heuch im Zimmer, vermutlich aus dem Abfluss im Bad. Restaurant geht gar nicht. Absolut überteuert und kaum Auswahl. Personal außer an der Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich.」

「Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after...
