The tap in the room was noisy and the floor was dirty on the day we arrived. The hotel is along a narrow road and not easy to find parking nearby. Staff are nice bit not always at reception. Buffet breakfast is only continental - eggs are not available.」

The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars. 「This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again.
