「Good experience overall. Close to attractions.」

「Been here for a number occasions. Rooms always clean, staff are polite and helpful.」

「we're reserved 3 rooms totally from Jun 30 to Jul 5, there wasn't clean up in noontime when we went back to the hotel, luckily there was only one room on 1st floor without cleaning. Of course, we then raised out to the Frontier.」

「鄰近有很多食肆，超級方便，不用乘搭grab也步行可抵達。」

「Highly recommend to stay」

「I had an exceptional stay and experience at the Millen Penang!! The room was beautifully set up and superb sea facing view from the bathroom. It was an amazing experience. If there was anything to recommend for improvement, I will highly suggest to replace the soap on the basin with handwashing gel. The soap gets slimy with just an overnight use and sometimes housekeeping doesn’t necessarily always provide a new piece with subsequent stays. So with this improvement i think it will enhance the...

「Great hotel. Close to the airport and all the staff are very friendly. The front desk staff were really helpful and kindly us check in early. They even helped us join two separate bookings easily. There is a playground that you can access through the 4th floor. And a very large playground about 5 mins away from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and housekeeping did a great job refreshing the room for us. Our only complaint was that our room faced the convention center and...

「Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe). One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe. Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!」

「Friendly service and good location」

「Friendly and helpful staff made my stay a very pleasant one. But the glass partition for thr bathroom made the room lighted when 1 person is using the bathroom and another person is trying to sleep.」

「整體的服務跟環境都不錯，只是服務人員的訓練有待加強，住宿期間向櫃檯要記憶枕，結果等了一個小時，打了三次電話，最後還是沒有拿到」
