「we're reserved 3 rooms totally from Jun 30 to Jul 5, there wasn't clean up in noontime when we went back to the hotel, luckily there was only one room on 1st floor without cleaning. Of course, we then raised out to the Frontier.」

「Good experience overall. Close to attractions.」

「I had an exceptional stay and experience at the Millen Penang!! The room was beautifully set up and superb sea facing view from the bathroom. It was an amazing experience. If there was anything to recommend for improvement, I will highly suggest to replace the soap on the basin with handwashing gel. The soap gets slimy with just an overnight use and sometimes housekeeping doesn’t necessarily always provide a new piece with subsequent stays. 「Great hotel. Close to the airport and all the staff are very friendly. The front desk staff were really helpful and kindly us check in early. They even helped us join two separate bookings easily. There is a playground that you can access through the 4th floor. And a very large playground about 5 mins away from the hotel. 「Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby. Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside. The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious 」

「Safe in room didn't work at first but got it settled later after staff passed us two sets of keys to reset (poor service). Not much of a welcome. An old-style accommodation, cosy but frills-less. Pool is really small. 」
