"Staff at check-in was quite disinterested and did not provide any information about the property or local area. Security is quite poor, door to the room did not lock and no lockers available for personal belongings (apparently this is being renovated). Reception staff offered to store any valuables, but I discovered afterwards that the "safe storage area" was a completely open room where anybody had access. Nonetheless, property was quite clean. "We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hoxton. Room was beautiful, as well as ground floor dining/breakout area. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. While location isn’t right in the centre, we loved walking through the Borghese gardens every day and there is a bus 2 mins away which is a short trip to the tourist attractions and station. Would definitely return. "
