「I was really disappointed with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dickson. From the outside, the property looks great—clean, well-kept, and inviting—but unfortunately, that didn’t carry through once we stepped inside. The issues started right away with the condition of the room. The carpet was visibly fraying, which made the space feel worn and poorly maintained. Even worse, the tiles in both the entryway and bathroom were sticky underfoot—something you definitely don’t want to...

「We were a late minute find a hotel for the night. It was convenient, decently priced, safe area and near other hotels/restaurants. It was clean, and they seem to be newer owners. Our duvets were not matched. They seem to be going through changes, I think new owners. Staff was friendly, overall good, just not the great. Give them time. We slept well, great beds.」

「This is a new property so they are just getting started. Everything was clean and new which was nice. Convenient location and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were quite surprised that the sheets in a Hilton hotel were polyester and the pillows felt like you were sleeping on a balloon so it wasn’t the most comfortable night’s sleep. We did enjoy the kitchen and extra living space for our 8 night stay.」

「Staff extremely nice and helpful. Indoor pool was nice. Walls in the bathtub were dirty, tub itself was clean. Continental breakfast was waffles, Walmart store bought mini donuts, cereal and toast, coffee to drink. No tea or juices to drink, so unless you drink coffee there was nothing else. Could have had bagels, hard boiled eggs, real donuts or pastries, oatmeals ( something most other Continental breakfast s have). Also no condiments of any kind besides butter and syrup.」

「It is advertised as a hotel, with the pictures focused on the front of the building, but it is an extended-stay motel. It is dirty, has thin walls, shady characters, and gave us the creeps. The couch felt sticky, and the bed was thin and loud. We could hear the neighbors tv right through our shared door with them. Standing in the room, we felt like we had to whisper so we wouldn't be overheard. We left without staying the night.」
