"After the 3½hour drive, surgery, i was just hungry, and exhausted. Sherell was very kind and polite at registration. The room was clean, beds, soft and comfy. I slept like a baby. The breakfast hit the spot, hearty. Checkout was easy. Thank you for a good overnight stay. Loretta H."

"This hotel was dingy and our room was honestly filthy. The sink faucet was broken(very hard to pull upward to put the water on) and when I asked what could be done I was told that I had to stay in the same room. The carpet floor was sticky by the counter area in the room. There was bodily substances on the mattress. The a/c unit had white substance all of it. The room wouldn’t cool down below 70. In 84 100% humidity Nashville weather it was miserable to sleep. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the location was pretty far from downtown and required uber rides. It was within walking distance of Music Row, but there were only a few restaurants near that area."
