Property is well maintained, location is not the best at all. Parking in the property is valet service for $54 per stay day and no other options, if don’t want to get your car tow you must to use valet. Night shift staff needs more training on room selection. Overall not a good stay.

Attitude of the front desk was very rude. Housekeeping was very slow and inefficient, Breakfast was poorly run as they ran out of many key items and were very slow to replenish them. Promised daily shuttle only ran a few days of our stay and was very poorly run. In general, this property was quite simply not ready for prime time.

The hotel was fine…. Valet service scuffed up my brand new truck. They took pictures and submitted for a claim. It is now a week after and I have never heard a thing back from anyone. I’d suggest not using the valet service.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Wished there was a coffee maker in the room. Also staff was not helpful. There was a lack of communication as to what amenities were available. For example the shuttle only available Thursday to Saturday but we weren’t told that. No maps of the city unless we asked. We found the hotel unfriendly and unhelpful to tourists

Great location, the shuttle to and from Broadway was amazingly convenient. Only issue we had (for a brand new hotel) is that there was one elevator basically permanently down, and a guest broke the other one so we had to take stairs for a couple hours until it was fixed, but that was just for a few hours (and I only had to climb once)

The first day was so great that I prepaid made reservations for a future visit. However, the following morning after taking a morning walk and attempting to have breakfast, I was approached by employee Silvia. She first stood and watched me serve myself until I noticed her. She questioned my legitimacy of being there. Some of the same guests that I came down on the elevator with were still present and highly doubt they were confronted. Mind you, as I walked through the lobby I exchanged pleasantries with an employee cleaning and noticed an employee at the front desk. Silvia claimed that it's her job to profile people to be sure they belonged. She didn't accept that I was a guest until I pulled out my room card. Then she walked off with a smirk on her face. I later approached the her at the front desk and inquired about being profiled. Her response again was, " it's my job and that someone had come in last week from the hospital. I responded, " last week had nothing to do we me and that not only did she profiled, but stereotyped me as well. Again, claiming it's her job. I've stayed at many IHG hotels and had never experienced such obvious bias treatment. Had I not prepaid for a future reservation, I highly doubt that I would have after my experience with Silvia.

Very nice facility and staff. Location was OK. Not much in immediate vicinity, but shuttle to Broadway was appreciated. Valet parking system was super clunky, inefficient. At one point the staff/system basically lost our vehicle. The long wait to retrieve it was frustrating.
