「Good」

「Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. We had been given an access code, but we still could not get into the property. 「Excellent location, clean room and spacious.」

「Alexandro helps us a lot.」

「Very clean and beautiful hotel」

「Excellent」

「The property is really ok but nothing more. It is 10 min drive to Annecy but I think I was expecting a bit more based on the informations on Expedia. Would I go there again not sure but ok value for money.」
