"This beautiful hotel is located centrally, walkable to most points of interest, and the staff are incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming. Celebrated a special event and the concierge team went over and above to make it happen. Lifelong memory for which I will always be grateful."

"We stayed just one night before heading to the airport to fly home. The location was very convenient, and while we weren’t familiar with the area the stay still worked well for our quick visit"

"We stayed in one of their new room categories that is a mini-apartment, equipped with a small kitchen and living space. We were there for a week with 4 of us (two parents, two tweens) and this space worked well. They kids slept on the sofa bed which was comfortable, but note the bed and living space are not divided - it's all one room. The bathroom was spacious and newly updated, and the toilet in a separate room. The room was newly renovated and furnished so we were really happy with the condition. There was a small leak in the ceiling one day, but the management was able to have someone fix it while we were out the next day. I'd had hoped for more of an apology for the inconvenience. Location by train station is central - the area is the dirtiest in Geneva, but it's also where most of the affordable hotels are and I also feel safe."
"We enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel. Overall our stay was excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern & well located being a 15 minute walk from the main train station. This was convenient for us as we did 2 day trips by train to Annecy & Montreux.
Our room was very comfortable & surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was very good - no hot options but a good variety of cereals/muesli/granola, toppings, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, breads etc.
There are also tea/coffee stations on each floor which is a nice idea but unfortunately the hot water just isn't hot enough.
The hotel e trance is located within a
sjopping centre"
"The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was high-quality and the coffee was very tasty. It was also nice that a complimentary public transport pass was provided. I didn’t need it, but it was nice that the room had all the necessary kitchen utensils."
