J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce petit studio de 35 m3 pour 4 personnes avec une jolie vue sur la nature, les petits oiseaux qui chantent. Appartement trés calme et propre. L'hôtesse et l'hôte d'accueil sont trés serviables. La navette est à l'heure et le chauffeur a été très arrangeant et sympa. Il m'a déposé à l'ARENA avec les autres passagers. Je ne vous cache pas que j'ai eu du mal à partir. A revenir sans hésiter, je vous le recommande vivement.

They ask you for 25% more for 1h earlier check in even that it s a very late at 3PM. Kitchen outdated, room will not be clean after every day if you want to stay longer. You need to throw the garbage outside otherwise you lose 200 eur guarantee. Unfriendly reception.The walls are very thin and you have the feeling that you gonna fall with its and the neighbours are like leaving in your room.

The room was ok, they entered the room to left some heater without asking or offering. The lobby and the hallways smell really bad when you enter the hotel or leaving your rooms. The shower was weird but kinda functional.

The apartment is somewhat spacious in comparison to others in France however the curtains and carpet had stains on them and the duvet look like it had a big stain as well along with some hair other than that place is not bad. Cheap and convenient.

La primera ves que llegue, el calor de la habitación era terrible. Fui a poner la queja y la recepcionista es una grosera indicando que era orndenes y que no iba a prender ningún aire acondicionado. Terrible de verdad y no hablabas español cuando tenía una placa de tres idiomas entre ella la de 🇪🇸, deberían quitársela y solo dejarle los dos únicos idioma que habla

Je le recommande vivement pour les familles.. rien à dire sur les équipements kitchenette.. le bassin gagnerait à être davantage chauffé.. vraiment bien au dessous des 28c déclarés...des personnes chargés de la réception (surtout le jeune homme de nuit) gagnerait à être formé sur l'empathie puisqu'il m'a rigolé au nez carrément, chose inacceptable vous conviendrez et ce après que j'ai demandé conseil suite à situation délicate...bref, autrement, Les jeunes dames sont impeccables.. le manager super sympa.. le chauffeur navette très agréable et patient.. rien à redire.. j'aurais aimé que l'espace fumeur soit bien loin de l'entrée de la porte principale...

Pasé una noche en este hotel cerca del aeropuerto antes de un vuelo temprano. La atención en recepción dejó mucho que desear: nada acogedora y sin la más mínima simpatía. La habitación, aunque amplia (había elegido el apartamento de 1 dormitorio), estaba bastante sucia: la moqueta con varios agujeros y la encimera dañada por un problema de agua. Por este precio, uno espera bastante más, sobre todo un trato más agradable. Si están dudando entre varios hoteles, mejor evitar el Zenitude Swiss Apparthotels.

It was exactly what we needed , a stop over after a late flight . The place is lovely and all staff were very helpful . Especially Dylan who was on duty the night we arrived . He was very kind , helpful and professional. Thank you Dylan Sadly didn’t get to use any facilities, as we had to leave in the morning, otherwise , all very good

J’ai déjà connu cet hôtel sous le nom de Ferney Geneve et c’était pas mal, j’ai cru avec le changement de nom il sera meilleur mais non, la cuisine de l’appartement en mauvais état et la rouille sur les cotés de la baignoire ne donne pas envie de prendre une douche…Mon voyage c’était pour le loisir mais aussi pour la prospection pour une organisation de séminaire mais hélas! Toutefois j’aimerais remercier les agents de l'accueil celui de la nuit et ceux d’hier le 19 aout une jeune souriante et un Mr très sympathique.

Very old and outdated property, poorly maintained. Cobwebs throughout and windows were extremely dirty. The shower was only partially working. Realistically, this is more of a 3-star property so definitely not a true 4-star. That said, it was value for money, so you get what you pay for. However, guests should rate based on genuine standards, not inflated scores that mislead others.
