Spacious well kept studio in quiet building with security. Great location with infinite shops and restaurants near by. Also daily street markets on the immense public space in front. There's no AC and it faces west. So beware of your stay is during hot weather.

É um apart. Não há recepção, todo o processo de check in e check out é feito online. A localização é excelente, muito perto da cidade velha, e com acesso conveniente, na frente da propriedade, a várias linhas de ônibus/tram. Ao lado do prédio há uma loja de departamento Coop, que conta com mercado. Vários bares/conveniências/restaurantes/McDonald´s praticamente na porta. Pelos preços altos que Genebra pratica, é um achado. O único porém ao meu ver é não ter ar condicionado, mas não atrapalhou. Conta com ventilador e uma janela bem grande e agradável, com vista para a praça.

This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night. The building is conveniently located next to Coop City which had a grocery store in it that was very helpful for acquiring breakfast and lunch items. Many attractions (Lake Geneva (flower clock and jet d'eau), The Museum of Ethnography, shops of all sorts, restaurants, etc.) were an easy walk from this location.

This review happens for June 2026 heatwave. There is zero cooling in this small studio. The curtains and nets didn’t even touch the windows so it was bright and hot all day and night. The provided fan was the most basic and I asked for a new/additional one. I was told it was one pre-unit. I had to move to another hotel at my cost for a cooler temperature. The studio itself is larger enough for one person. Bathroom and kitchen are excellent. Fridge had a few free drinks in. A small freezer compartment would have been nice. Coffee pod machine didn’t really work but kettle is all I needed. TV is too large and hangs precariously into the room. Two remotes and no instructions. Definitely a good place for a crash pad as location was spot on but not if it’s going to be above 25°c. There is no way to cool the room down!

There is no staff! We checked in and there the sewage smell was so bad it made it so uncomfortable to stay in the room. The only form of communication was on WhatsApp with an ai chat bot. no actual humans. The fan was not working and they said they would fix it and no one came…. After more than 48hrs especially with such a heatwave. The property was advertised with fresh air and there was none! Laundry got stuck in the machine and we put another request. Again no one came. We needed to check out asap it was horrible and we tried calling and contacting the host about our situation and no one helped or respond. They didn’t respond to my request of my refund. What a waste of money.
