「Awesome stay」

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「The free breakfast is not what I expected. Not very many options and you get pre-made breakfast sandwiches and a microwave to heat them up in. Some cold cereal choices, bagels and bread to toast. Compared to other hotel free breakfast this is a let down.」

「Half of the room was occupied by a huge hot tub. I'm assuming that was extra because the water was not turned on. No problem, a hot tub with a large mirror is not really our style. The rear balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Two plastic chairs were available, one broken. A random lamp globe was abandoned on the balcony. 「Great breakfast」

「The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!」
