「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「The room and property are a little outdated and need some updates. The bed mattress sank in the middle. Front desk lady was very friendly and check in was fast. Breakfast was your typical powdered eggs and make your own waffle. All in all it was fine for a one night stay over.」

「Very nicely cleaned hotel in a conveniently located spot. The indoor pool was a plus!! They only had one elevator but you can use the stairs as well.」

「Good for our family for a last minute trip to Dollywood. Property was clean and staff was friendly. Older building and not many amenities, but overall pleasant. We especially enjoyed the balcony looking over the river.」

「Property was clean and well maintained but I left a day early and I was not issued a refund for the 21st of August. They billed me for a day that I wasn't even there and refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend relying on these people to only bill you for the service they render.」
