"hotel bien situé au coeur du village de Whistler, mais difficile à trouver, le système de réservation de place de stationnement n'est pas au point j'ai du changer 2 fois de place de parking, car le personnel était perdu dans ses numéros de place, la piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle alors que lorsque j'ai réservé rien ne le mentionnait, mais l'hotel à été correct, ils m'ont rembourser une partie du prix comme la piscine est pas utilisable. La salle d'eau est très petite 2m carré avec douche, WC et petit lavabo, dommage pour des chambres aussi belles. Geste très apprécié"

"Overall, very good. Points of dissatisfaction: - Not enough coffee in the room. When we called for more, they sent the wrong kind. - Toilet seats aren't soft-close. A rude (loud) awakening for guests. - Late check-out refused. And we didn't check in until after 7pm! - Restaurant was closed. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel - Not their fault, but VERY loud disco was blaring music outdoors until 11pm."

"Very clean and well maintained. My only issue was regarding parking and bike storage, which most guests don’t use. There are only a few available parking spots so if you aren’t lucky enough to get one, self parking is a hassle and expensive. The parking at Pangea is also expensive. Bike storage was an additional fee which I was not expecting either. Other hotels don’t charge extra for this. I was travelling solo. By the time I paid for the parking and bike storage I could have had a hotel room instead of a pod for nearly the same cost. Staff were great and the location is unbeatable."
