We stayed for 10 nights and wouldn’t give us a late check out although the room was not booked until the following day.
Breakfast room staff were excellent Julian & Sharon.
Room was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend this hotel. The only draw back was parking. If you have a large vehicle (truck) it is quite difficult to park in the underground parking area.
We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were kind and cheerful, and the location was very convenient, with a grocery store nearby and easy access to the gondola.

Clean and great location. Over all very happy choosing the room. Unfortunately the sauna in our build was broke and the coffee maker in our room leaked badly. No big deal just a little inconvenient. I’d stay here again.

Don’t book in the main building on a Friday or Saturday night unless you want to hear the dance music from the Keg Restaurant and Bar until 2am! Staff are nice but they can’t do anything about the noise as this is a separate business. Room was very clean.
Our stay was good, and the room was perfectly clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming, However, parking was a major issue. If you do not check in on time or early, the hotel lot fills up, forcing you to use street parking. This was highly inconvenient and stressful while managing kids and heavy luggage.
We got the Murphy Bed Studio Suite at a great deal during a long weekend. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a small kitchen, living area, and terrace, making our stay very comfortable.
The location is also very convenient, as it is within the village, making it easy to roam around and explore. The staff were friendly and approachable throughout our stay.
There is a parking fee, but it covers 24 hours. After checking out at 11 AM, we were still able to use the parking until 3 PM, which gave us extra time to walk around the village before leaving.

It was an okay property with a good location. We did not know and neither the listing revealed that its divided into two disjoint buildings. Maybe we got the worse of the two.
The property looks dated and dull. Needs a lot of facelift to charge that kind of money.
