「Clean. Nice staff. Great location」

「Double charging me for taxes I tried to get a hold of manager. She wouldn’t answer the phone. I got charged for feathers on the floor. There was no damn feathers on the floor.」

「Good location 1 block off of route 30 which keeps traffic noise down. Rooms are well layed out for extended stays. Our room showed slight signs of wear, but nothing serious. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was adequate and offered options. We did not use the evening reception, which is offered Monday thru Wednesday evening, but it looked inviting and offered complimentary pub food and drinks. Overall a good place to stay.」

「Room was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice if they offered late checkout to guest that use third party bookings like Expedia ect. Other than that amazing hotel and would book again & highly recommend!」

「Quiet and security helpful 」

「The television in the room did not have a guide channel that worked. I stayed for 4 nights and my bed or bathroom was not serviced. Only one day I put the do not disturb sign up. No channel list in the room. Breakfast was ok. Safflower very good. Location of the hotel is very good. Bar next door was great.」

「房间设施有点旧。」

「Location, Location, Location is good!」

「Good choice when we go to Chicago at the night time 」

「Bad location I looked at the surroundings and left paid for the room and lost $100」

「The rooms on the first floor wasn’t cleaned well. I had to get another room.」
