"The individual that checked us in was clearly new and trying their hardest, no complaints there. The hotel and room were questionable. Definitely needs updates. Most likely short staffed and low on the totem pole for being upgraded. Personally, would not stay again and cannot recommend. "

"The young man who checked me in was really busy between answering the phone, checking people in and answering questions. It was admirable that he remained calm and polite. I walk with a cane and he helped me with my luggage. My only suggestion is that you were understaffed. I also liked the size of the rooms."
