「The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. I certainly will visit again and introduce to my friends too. Thank you very much Divyaa. 」

Hotel is right off the light rail/train line and also one block from the Ha'Penny pedestrian bridge with quick access to The Temple district. Staff were friendly and helpful although we never ate/drank at the hotel. The only complaint would be the size of the room--we're fine with a small room and expected that, but there was really only room for one suitcase.
