「Our trip had to be canceled due to a sudden medical emergency with my father. Because of the crisis, I missed the initial cancellation window. I reached out to the hotel the following morning to explain the medical situation, but management completely refused to cooperate or offer any partial flexibility for the unused nights. Unprofessional management that lacks basic empathy for families dealing with a health emergency. Look elsewhere for a hotel that treats people with decency.」

「There were pubic hair wiped dry on the base of the toilet and shower. Woman’s hair in the sink and on floor. The bed was rickety and loud and out dated. The room was not cheap. Shady stuff going on out side our room, well into the early hours of the morning. Expedia says in their description that “couples love this place.” When I saw the run down motel , I was embarrassed! My wife was not thrilled!」
