"They had no one at office after a certain time, they did out our room key into a lock box with a combination code. Had trouble with door to get into room. Once we finally got in room was clean. No was wash rags (which was fine I bring my own) but the biggest issue I had was the AC did Not Work. We had to open the window (thank goodness it was a cool night instead of hot) and since one was in the office I couldn't even get someone to come fix our AC. Parking was down the street which was fine once we realized where and how to use the discount and app. Calling customer to find out about parking was a frustrating experience at night when we got into town…the connection was terrible but we got it resolved quickly.
