「It is an excellent stay,the hardware and service are immaculate. I am very grateful to the team of the hotel. Every one is very kind and accommodating, they gave us early check in and late check out.Even I didn’t mention my wife’s birthday they noticed it and sent a birthday cake with handwritten card to her. So far it is the best hotel we had ever stayed 」

「I booked 2 rooms, when I came to the hotel, despite talking to me on WhatsApp in the morning they never mentioned that one room got cancelled, they only mentioned about it when I asked them. Instead of getting a refund, they said the other room can accommodate 4 people, which did not make sense to me, as I booked another room, I paid for it. I asked for a refund for the room, they agreed to it, and on Expedia they declined the request, despite going back and forth, I did not get my refund.」

「房間的海景如官方照片一樣, 能俯瞰舊幫城區與金角灣的風光，有得很大的枱面空間和有晾掛方衣服的地方，衣服能曬太陽。洗手間的門有些難關；整潔度尚可,沒有異味；床鋪的皮料摸起來舒服, 但略嫌打掃得不夠乾淨，找到兩粒疑似蟲蟲的東東, 噴了殺蟎噴霧後沒發現更多。從電車站去酒店的路有些難行，走的時候用了酒店的租車服務, 建議使用酒店的租車服務，車輛準時寬敞舒適, 只用了40分鐘就能到達機場」

「Our room was warm even in winter. The room had a washing machine and a kitchen with kitchenware, so you could cook and wash your clothes. Actually, it wasn't really a room, let's call it a small house. Everything was wonderful, thank you, I will definitely come again.」

「Close to alot of cafes and restaurants, it’s in the pricer part of town. Easy transport by streetcar/tram and bus . Use taxi apps to order taxis . I don’t know why there are bad reviews our room on the 5th floor was lovely. 」
