Conveniently located, friendly staff, we wanted to extend our stay but there was no availability or we would've stayed longer. Magnificent views. Prayers and traffic can be heard but very minimal and did not bother us.

Such a great hotel! Clean, comfortable and modern rooms, great location as it’s so close to the galata tower and so many other attractions. Really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. A special shoutout and thanks to the hotel manager, Rafi, who throughout the whole stay was a delight and even posted the luggage that I mistakenly left at the hotel back to us. Would definitely stay again. I also want to mention that we felt completely safe as two young female travelers alone.

Everything was good overall. The staff was helpful, and the room looks the same as on the photos. The only issue is that it seemed that the room wasn’t completely prepared for us when we arrived, the pillows were not in the pillowcases and there was no toilet paper in the restroom. That was kind of annoying for the price of the hotel, but otherwise it is a very nice place to stay.

The staff was very nice and friendly, no complaints there. But I called for an iron and they didn’t have it and the elevators wasn’t working for a while. Also we couldn’t control the ac and we were hot at night not too bad.

I traveled in a large group about six people and 10 bags, including a stroller. The rooms were very spacious. I had booked two superior rooms. They were extremely clean. The staff was very friendly. The manager was very courteous. The location is excellent. Everything was perfect. My kids and family members really enjoyed their stay at the hotel.

Street light shining through your room at night, no view , you will see other building around the hotel, heavy traffic in the morning. The room you booked is not the same at check in . Breakfast is expensive

Short break in Instanbul

Hotel is in a good location to access public transport and for walking but it is on the corner of several busy roads so very noisy especially at night. We only booked a standard room for a 4 night stay but the room was exceptionally small even by European standards. Breakfast was good and restaurant had lovely views.
