「The beds were dirty, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles were empty, and the toilet paper had already been used. It rained for about 2 hours, and in the restaurant/cafeteria the water was leaking and running all over the floor without any warning or safety signs, which was very dangerous for guests. 「Clean room. Had to wait about 10 minutes before I could check in. I was the only one checking in.」

「The road construction hinders the access. The mobility access room did not have walk in facilities and the bed was too high to get in and out of with out assistance. The breakfast area had two tables with regular chairs. Otherwise bar height seating or couches were the available options. Not exactly comfortable for elderly short individuals who have difficulty with mobility.」
