"Great location if you're visiting west Hamilton"

"I checked in after prepaying for a 2 night stay. I checked out after the first night, when I left to sleep elsewhere because the state of the room was THAT bad. I’d rather lose my money than be there. We’re talking sticky floors, visible dust and grime on heater, ac, lamps etc. Garbage under the bed, a flimsy lock on the door that barely worked, hairs in bedding and tiny black bugs under the mattress. Smelled like smoke inside lobby and rooms. It’s no wonder they’re so adamant about a no return policy- it’s disgusting."

"The room was clean and seemed recently updated which was nice. We were in a two bed room. Both beds were very comfortable but one moved and squeaked. Front desk staff was great, breakfast was good and parking lot was also recently paved so no annoying divots or pot holes. My only real complaint was the heating/cooling system. It’s an older unit that was a bit loud. (I’m a light sleeper.) I didn’t bother complaining to the front desk because I doubt they could do anything about it. If they updated those units - this place would be 5 stars."
