「As long-time fans of Hilton worldwide, our recent stay at the Hilton Shenzhen Futian was highly disappointing. We encountered a foul-smelling toilet and a face towel reeking of cigarette smoke. The property feels dated due to its old-fashioned design and lack of proper room maintenance. While the friendly and helpful staff were a bright spot, we expect a 5-star brand like Hilton to address these issues and improve.」

「1，2天行程，真心非常優越。 員工非常出色， 微信溝通 回覆非常快速」

「Very good」

「Thanks for the excellent Ritz-Carlton executive lounge team and all staffs, especially for Elina, for their excellent services and arrangements and made us have a wonderful birthday trip!」

「房間整潔，整體入住感覺良好👍」

「Excellent location once you find it. It is a bit hard to find. May be helpful if you add the subway exit to your website.」

「Not easy to find. good for value only. a few other hotels in the sample building. Seems complicated.」

「The worst experience 」

「I specifically requested a room for an adult and two children, and the staff wouldn’t arrange a two bed room for us even they have room available. One of the cleaning ladies on 13th floor has some temper issues and kept talking loud to the other staff. Come on,,,, I don’t need to know your private matters.」
