「Check-in staff was unexperienced and couldn't find my reservation for quite some time. Had to seek help from other staff. So spent quite long at check-in. Otherwise in general the hotel is fine.」

「The location is close to the walking streeet with lots of things to eat nearby. It's situated in a busy district, yet the room is quiet and comfortable. The Chinese buffet breakfast is good too, with a variety of choices to choose from. If they can provide some coffee with better quality, not just 3-in-1, that will be awesome.」
