We love the complimentary ramen at night. But we were disappointed that the staff do not seem to know the area and touristic information well. They gave us advise for 2022-2023 ski bus information and ended we nearly missed the only ski bus of the day to ski resort.

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast is golden with many good food options. Location is close to JR Otaru station and the tourist attractions, very walkable to most places everyone visits in Otaru.
