「Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at...

「海水浴の後に家族で使わせていただきました。 今回は12名での利用でした。 大きいダイニングテーブルがありみんなでワイワイ食事ができました。プレイルームにはビリヤードなどが出来ありとても充実した日になりました。 無人の為、チェックインはタブレット操作、チェックアウトはスマホでした。 チェックインのタブレット操作は人数が多いととても大変です。 玄関先に設置してあるタブレットを使うので西日が強烈でしたのでそれだけが大変でした。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。 」

「Liked the 2-night stay at Ryoan! The apartment occupying the whole building floor gives a good sense of privacy and security. It is spacious with all facilities and two toilets, much needed for a family trip. Cooking utensils were probably not properly used by other users and the scratches made us not want to use.
