"Vi holdte 12 dages sommerferie på stedet i july/august. Stedet er meget lokalt og med mange Italienere, og hvis man har små børn med, skal man være klar over, at alt såsom underholdning foregår på Italiensk. Ellers er stedet hyggeligt, og personalet er imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Pool og stranden er også i top, og det eneste lille minus må være støjen fra vejen/ togbanen, men det vender man sig til. Kan anbefales herfra! Og igen en ekstra stjerne til personalet."

So day of, no breakfast offered even though all the materials at the hotel said complimentary breakfast offered until 10:30am and did not mention needing to alert the desk. Also with the Hotels.com VIP status they were supposed to offer a late checkout and free room upgrade. They did not offer a room upgrade even though there was plenty of availability and...
