I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. 「Excellent service, highly recommended.」

「Great stay in a wonderful old part of City.」

「The location is perfect for a day tour at Bilbao. Right next to the Guggenheim Museum within walking distance to the old city, other tourist spots and nice restaurants.」

「Clean rooms, spacious. Liked that it has a small open kitchen, and also a washing machine. Centrally located. Double glazed windows so it was quiet in the room too!」

「Facile accesso, con tutto quello che serve」

「Very clean and spacious. Great amenities (kitchenette, fridge, stove top, utensils). 4 minutes walk to the intermodal (public transport). Location is safe and within 30-minute walk from the Guggenheim and bridges to old towns.」

Lediglich meine Handtücher wurden nicht getauscht, aber bei zwei Übernachtungen war das überhaupt nicht schlimm, weil ich eine zweite Garnitur im Zimmer und...

「All good, highly recommended 」

Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...
