Wondeful boutique hotel

Wonderful hotel, brilliantly located in the old town of bilbao. Really great staff, friendly and very helpful. The balcony in our room was a particular highlight. Will be recommending to anyone looking to stay in bilbao.

Excellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service. The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. very good location just opposite the market and in old town. This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The house itself is a bit old so the floor doesn't flat and drainage system is not good，but I believe they did their best to maintain it.
