"Hotel looked nothing like the photos on the website. There were holes in the wall around the air conditioner and you could see outside. Holes in the doors and walls. Bed was broken, outlets were loose or didn’t work at all. For the price I paid, I’d expect better quality and service. We had to wait for the front desk clerk to get back to check in because he was running a shuttle to wherever for over 20 minutes. I don’t know about you, but after traveling that’s the last thing want to do. "
