"The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is a huge convention hotel very conveniently located to many sights. The hotel and rooms are well air conditioned and comfortable. Try to get a room above floor 2 and avoid the rooms near the elevator and ice machine. The breakfast is large, expensive and not good at all. There’s a cafe and ice cream parlor on the street level that’s fine. They provide little sleeves of INSTANT coffee and tea in the rooms but there’s a Starbucks nearby. We were befriended by a...

"Room was clean but maybe needed a bit of renovation. Hotel is great with some great views across London. Staff helpful. Food in the restaurant pretty good also."

"Staff was very kind and hospitable, breakfast offered a full English meal. There is a small bar where we were able to catch some World Cup games in. The rooms are very small , and the water pressure in my room (3rd floor) was not good, though others in my traveling group had no issues on the 1st floor. Location is very convenient to many restaurants and the paddington station. At night I took strolls around the neighborhood and felt safe."

"If you are in your 20s and coming here after a night out, this is your place. If you are in your 40s this is not your place. It is difficult to get a good nights sleep here. Ended up checking out early. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Some of the staff could use an attitude adjustment."
