"大人1人、10歳、3歳、1歳連れて2食付きで宿泊しました。事前に申告しての利用でしたが、食事が大人4人分となっており、朝も夕も苦しい目に遭いました。食事は外部業者に委託しており、宿では確認できないとのこと。子連れで宿泊の場合には、予約後宿へ念のため確認が必要。連絡業務をシンプルにしており、16時前のチェックイン対応は不可となっているため注意が必要。"
