The place is very calm and quiet. Dinner is excellent. We were able to enjoy many different kind of local dishes. Private outdoor bath is perfect.

The hotel is situated up in the mountain and built right next to hill side. A great place to relax and just unwind closed to the nature. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were at the hotel ahead of the check in time and they were eager to safekeep our luggage while we ventured out for some sightseeings. The dinner and breakfast were served to us in a private room. Not only was the quality of food top notched, the dedicated staff who was served us was the epitome of Japanese hospitality. Despite our lack of Japanese, she did her best (with the help of a electronic translator) to explain the courses and made us feel very pampered and comfortable. The property and decor does look a bit tired and dated. But the services were impeccable and that more than made up for the somewhat outdated hardware. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

施設は綺麗でスタッフのサービスも良く、快適に過ごせました。内風呂も広くて快適で贅沢な時間を過ごせました。 食事も美味しく良かったです。ただ、80代後半の両親にとっては料理が出てくる間隔が短すぎたので、急いで食べないとテーブルが料理で埋まってしまうほどでした。そこまで配慮して、対応してもらえれば言う事なしでした。

スタッフさんの気遣いまで素敵な旅館

展望風呂付客室に1泊しました。自家源泉掛け流しで、 青森ヒバの湯船は香りも良く、湯加減もちょうど良く、ずっと入っていたいくらい気持ちが良かったです。夕食、朝食どちらも美味しく、お腹いっぱい楽しみました。そして何よりもスタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。
