"This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital ..."

"A bit of difficulty when it came to conversing in Japanese as we are foreigners but overall was a great stay with good service. The onsen experience was nice. Note that they have a curfew from 10pm to 5am as they do not have electronic key cards implemented for coming in and going out."

"施設は確かに古いですが、そんな中でも清潔感が感じられます。階段の壁画はステキでした。スタッフの方の対応も良かった。朝食、夕食も美味しかったです。夕食は中華レストランでしたが、本当に美味しかったです。また、会津方面からに来た際はリピ有りです。"
