"What a delight it was to stay at this motel. From the moment I walked into the lobby it was a winner. The desk person (Yolanda, I believe) was super cordial and went out of her way to locate a quiet room for me. The room was perfect, the bathroom was spotless and, to top it off, it was super quiet for my two night stay. The rate was very fair. When I am again in the Grand Rapids area, I will most certainly be staying at the Roadway Inn, Grandville. Winner! Winner! Winner! Thank you."

"The staff was outstanding! Need a transfer to and from the airport, they are attentive, timely and oh so nice! Extra towels or blankets, they're response is immediate. Candidly, the staff and hotel rivaled 5 star resorts my husband and I have stayed at with regards to service and hospitality. A special thank you to Marsha who cheerfully drove us back to the airport at 4am. Restaurants within walking distance. "
