"Upon check in there were two guest stuck inside an elevator,. We had requested a late check out for 1:00pm and they locked out the key at 12p’, and when we approached the front desk they were very rude and unprofessional with how they handled the situation. There was a large group of people partying in the room adjacent to ours until 4am, we had to call the front desk to have security sent to the room. I was here for a business meeting and had to be up at 7am. It was my first and last visit, I will definitely not be returning here. Not worth the money. "

"This is a very nice hotel with lots of restaurants close by. The room was very nice and clean. However, small things like dirty elevator floors, loud traffic noise at night and very low pressure shower were things that took a star off for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Very good."

"our stay is very memorable! there was a fire alarm , we panicked and used the stairs, nothing happened which is a good thing! No fire! Front desk let us check in a bit earlier. which is good! The room was very spacious, bathroom is very clean. Breakfast was very good. No complaints! "
