「Room was clean, good location! Easy to find and access」

「We arrived late but check in was easy via the 24hr reception in the hotel next door. The suite was the well equipped and finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Would thoroughly recommend staying here again 」

「We have chosen this apartment hotel because of the facilities offered and we find that they are up to standard. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that it is near the S-Bahn station and we can hear the noise of the trains at night. The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to Hackescher Markt station and 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. 」

「We stayed as a group of 4 people for 4 nights in the Penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent. If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower. Highly recommend, great for socialising with the upstairs rooftop area too. Fantastic stay」

「Numa had the wrong mobile number for me so its text with the check-in code was returned undelivered. However they didn't try our email or to contact us via Hotels.com even though we had paid in full in advance. So it took 1.5hrs to get into our room. However, their rep at the hotel was amazing - very calm, patient and considerate and could not have done more for us. Once we had access, our room was really lovely, clean, airy and well-furnished. 「It had everything we needed. Clean, warm, comfortable bed. Within a couple of mins walk to the S line and Berlin central. There was a great bakery next door, a supermarket, and to eateries with a 2 min walk. Oh and free on street parking.」
