"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The linen, bathroom and room were clean and the room very spacious. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The carpets in my room and hallway and the bathroom need an upgrade. It was also unfortunate that I had noisy neighbours to the side and above me, so I think there isn’t much soundproofing. "

10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of quirky art work makes the hotel very interesting and rather exciting to be in. The staff were fantastic. We were there in a heatwave, Aircon in room just about adequate.
Very well connected transport 100 bus takes you to the Brandenburg gate and alexanderplatz in a few minutes. We really enjoyed this hotel and we would definitely return. Checkin is via an electronic screen . However we chose to use the guest care desk and very pleased that we did as we were treated very respectfully and politely. There is a park opposite that is slightly scruffy but there are some excellent eateries around eg Japanese eat all you can and well worth a visit is doner game for cheaper eats. "
"Very nice place. Pool is clean and comfortable to relax. Staff are friendly. Bathroom is spacious and split design. Many great restaurants in walkable areas."
"hotel room was small
breakfast was big, but quality was not good,
most of the time the plates were empty
scrambled eggs were cold and not very tasty
