「The resort was exceptional. The place, staff were outstanding. The view was beautiful The food at the resort was disappointing. I would give it a C rating. The location of the resort unfortunately was approximately one and a half hours from the airport. Car service was painful! Once there. it became complicated to travel to other places to dine BTY. their. excuse for a breakfast buffet was inferior even in comparison to a number of all inclusive resorts we’ve attended , 」

「The pool is clean and enjoyable for swimming laps. I often had the pool to myself The room was kept clean. It had a small but effective refrigerator and microwave. Glasses, plates and silverware were useful and cleaned for me after use. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was bountiful, consisting of fresh fruit, made to order omelettes, cereal, pastries and delicious coffee I haven’t tried the bar yet The neighborhood is convenient with a mall with supermarket and...

「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」
