"booking & check in stream lined and easy, and when the team texted and offered concierge services they weren't kidding! they got back to me promptly about a dinner question that turned out to be the highlight of our entire 2 week vacation. and were also very responsive and helpful when we needed to seek medical help on the island. apart from these services, having the pool there for my kids was awesome post-national parks, and rooms were clean and comfortable for a peaceful night's sleep for my family."
