"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "The boathouse was absolutely fantastic. The property is right by the river so it's just the perfect place for great rest, a cold drink in the terrace, and nice meals. We had a room with a balcony, and the bed was fantastic, the bathroom nice and spacious and the it was so well appointed and decorated. It was a pleasure to spend time in the room. "
