Amazing food experience and staff were very friendly on the whole. Tea tray in room was not replenished and my requests made prior were not all followed through. Enjoyable but didn't quite hit expectations for the price.

The swimming pool and spa area was nice and the staff are lovely. The hotel itself is more a 3 to 4 star property. The service and amenities and standards are not there of a 5 star. It is a nice hotel but cannot compare to other 5 stars such as Cowarth Park, Four Seasons or Grantley Hall.

One of the best

We have been lucky enough to stay at some amazing Hotels all over the world, I would confidently rate Lucknam Park up near the top. Unfortunately travel commitments meant we could only stay one night, but it was well worth the effort to enjoy the comfort the Lucknam provides. The room was spacious and relaxing, the gym & spa facilities are next level and the dining options are fantastic. If you can, definitely stay here you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend

This hotel was highly rated as the best in UK… unfortunately it did not live up to this expectation. The facilities are run down; it has a nice pool that was probably amazing in its day. The breakfast was good; better than the Michelin star dinner! Our experience may have been tainted because we had just stayed at Heckfield place which was so much better! The grounds and the main house is quite beautiful. We would have loved to do some horse riding but the weather wasn’t permitting.

Great spa but massage prices were too inflated. Generally very good service especially the Michelin starred restaurant. Beautiful grounds. Stayed in Manor Room. Room was a bit tired and we think smelt a bit of damp. Generally, I think the biggest problem we had was with value for money. £1500+ for room only for 2 nights then another £1100 on top for dinners/drinks. Too much for overall experience.
