「We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice...

「The hotel is beautiful being directly on the beach. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. The people that worked at the hotel were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many different food options. We would definitely come back.」

「Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again」

「The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time....

「Close to bus station which is useful if you have a late flight arrival and are travelling on by bus. Friendly and helpful reception. Comfortable rooms. Chania itself is a great place to visit.」

「So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!」

Breakfast was subpar, lots of options but I couldn’t find something that I really liked. Location was great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the main area.」

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」

「Amazing stay! Staff were so nice! We did a lot around the area so did not really stay much during the day but the staff still made the most effort to create a genuine connection with us and made us coffees to go for our day trips every morning!! The room was also so spacious and cleaned daily!!」
