Modern premises and tasteful décor. Our room was super comfortable and controls are hi tech, from curtains, to lights. The beach is excellent for swimming and walking, and the view of the mountains is breathtaking. We had a blast in this hotel. I want to come back for a longer stay.

A great stay here in Crete, if you’re planning to come here from Heraklion I suggest renting a car (around 1 hour and 30 minutes from there). The resort is stunning, all new and with attentive staff. The food offered at the buffet was great, many options and with excellent desserts. The room was modern and stunning, I loved the pool on the balcony. The beach is long and stunning with nice beach beds. Overall I loved my stay here.

Very nice hotell butnot quite a 5 star experience.

I got a great deal on this hotel and decided to book it. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a cold towel and a drink, which was a nice touch. It took a little while before I was shown to my room, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade—a beautiful room with a small pool on the balcony and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, things went a bit downhill from there. Service was okay, but communication in English was sometimes difficult. I had half board and expected drinks to be included with dinner, but all drinks had to be purchased—and they were very expensive. A small soda (250 ml) cost €4.50, and even water was the same price for 1 liter. Getting the bill right away with the drink, including a tip suggestion, felt a bit awkward. The food was average. Some dishes were tasty, but much of it was quite bland. It was served buffet-style. On day two, I injured my toe on a sharp edge in the floor that was hard to see. It left a small cut and torn skin, and I couldn’t walk properly for 2–3 days. I reported it, but received no follow-up or response to my complaint, which was disappointing. There was also a nightly tax I hadn’t expected to be so high—€15 per night. For a 5-star hotel, I felt it didn’t quite live up to expectations. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I left a bit disappointed. There was also a lot of pressure to give feedback and ratings, which felt a bit pushy. The hotel is located about 40–50 minutes drive outside Chania

Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Zimmer top. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand war auch super schön. Mietwagen ist notwendig, wenn man auch ein bisschen was von der Insel sehen möchte.

Le luxe mais sans ostentation

3 nuits début octobre en demi-pension. Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel neuf au design contemporain. En nous accompagnant à notre chambre, l’hôtesse nous informe que nous avons été surclassés. Très bonne surprise en découvrant une suite vue mer avec piscine privée sur la terrasse . Tout est personnel est charmant, souriant et très professionnel. Les repas sous forme de buffet sont très bien mais pas tout à fait à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps.

Es hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Anlage ist klein, sauber und sie hat ein sehr freundliches Personal. Die Anlage ist gleich beim Strand, ein Traum!! Das Büfett sehr vielfältig und sehr gute Qualität!! Ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Sehr gutes Essen. Getränke beim Frühstück inbegriffen, abends kostenpflichtig (Wasser groß 6€, Glas Wein )€, Aperol Spritz 12€). Rundum sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, wenn man ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte. Entfernung zum Flughafen Heraklion 1,5h.
