"Room was clean. Amenities not too great, 1st night, AC broke, blowing hot air when set at 62 degrees, was told by front desk we will get a complimentary upgrade but didn’t, got to change to another room with a broken door hinged and had to wait next day for technician to fixed it. 2nd day, door hinge was fixed while we were out then TV stop working, Direct TV not available. Last night, AC was not blowing cool air at 60 degrees and had to open window to cool room but sound of AC continuous making loud constant banging sound thru the night causing really bad sleep."

"This hotel should not advertise they are pet friendly. We made a one night reservation at the last minute while traveling in Colorado. We saw they were pet friendly so chose this hotel. Come to find out they charge $200 a night as a pet fee!! This is outrageous when the room was only $100. Plus there is a $100 deposit. They refused to refund us our one night stay so we didn’t have a place to stay! Would not recommend!"

"First, the quality and customer-focus of the staff was terrific. When I checked in, Nathalie was very efficient and attentive, despite having to simultaneously deal with a trying customer on the phone. Elijah, also at the front desk, was very good. When I asked a third front desk person (don’t recall her name, but she had red frizzy hair) about the lack of towels in the pool/jacuzzi area, she immediately went to get more towels (the fact that the towels were completely used and needed to be replenished was a minor shortcoming). Second, the cleanliness of the room itself was first-rate. Your housekeeping staff does a great job. The hallways and common areas were also maintained very nicely. Third, the rooms were spacious, free of visible wear, and everything worked as required—the safe, the USB charging ports, and the TV all were problem-free. I also appreciated the ability to use Google Chromecast to project streaming services to the TV without having to enter personal info directly into the TV to access them. I do think that you should have offered at least one complimentary water to guests even if not members (I’m a World of Hyatt member, but don’t have much status these days). Fourth, the jacuzzi was well-maintained and nice and hot, which is also a rarity. Often the water is cloudy/scummy, and the temp is too low. The jets were also nice and strong. Fifth, the valet parking attendants were very attentive, courteous and efficient."

"Such a dramatically beautiful location! Our room was clean and had an amazing view of the surrounding mountains and forest. The staff was kind and truly caring, and the pools and hot springs were relaxing and therapeutic. Try to at lest stay for 2-3 days to take in all the amenities and surrounding mountains and towns. Highly recommend!"
