"Free parking and the proximity to the nearby attractions (1min from the St Louis City SC Stadium, 5 min walk to the union station/ferris wheel, 30min walk to the Arch!) makes this hotel a gem! Pool area looked a bit in need of update breakfast is ok (coffee not ok) but again the amenities I mentioned has lots of value in my book. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the 6th floor (ferris wheel and the Arch!) were nice! "

"Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were second to none! Incredible breakfast, as well as a very nice buffet in the evening. Highly recommend!"

"Garbage ownership. Booked a double bed room a week in advance only to drive 4 hours there for the girl at the counter to tell me they only have a king size bed available. I have a family of 4 and that’s not going to happen. She told me that was a normal thing and didn’t even apologize. They found me a room at another property they own and it’s only a 2 star hotel and they didn’t refund me the difference between the 2. These people are scum and they run the hotel the cheapest way possible. Will gladly pay triple the price to never come here again. Any hotel owned by SNPL, LLC should be avoided like the plague. "

"It wasn't the nicest place, but it was not horrible, nor at any point did I feel unsafe. The room was clean, the A/C worked well, I like a cooler room. There was some peeling paint, but it wasn't enough to bother me. The mini fridge worked, and the TV was operational. For the price, I think it was great. I knew there were going to be things you trade off, and this was perfect."

"My first thought was how nice the room was, very clean, very appealing. The staff were super kind and checking in and out was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely will be staying here on my next trip to St. Louis."
